- Uses high-strength steel plates having yield strength of 345 MPa (i.e., grade 50) for the fabrication of primary members like columns, rafters, beams, etc. Hence, the structure becomes light and economical.
- Uses tapered beam seconds concept, thus ensuring the right amount of structural steel at the right place.
- Built-up sections are made from HR plates with submerged arc welding process in an automatic welding machine in the factory.
- Uses cold-formed either galvanised or non-galvanised seconds for secondary members.
- Uses metal colour-coated material for roof sheets and cladding that is durable and aesthetically good looking.
- Columns-free buildings with longer spans.
- Buildings with mezzanines/cranes with different functional requirements.
